Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping typically takes between 2-4 working days for UK orders, however, this is only an estimate and shipping times can be a lot longer during the holidays.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. UK shipping is free when you spend £40 or more.
What to do if you think your order has been lost in the post:
Sometimes the post is a little slower than expected, especially around the holidays, however most parcels turn up within 2 weeks. If, after receiving your shipping confirmation email, you haven’t received your order within 10 working days please contact us at shelli.graham@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Yeti Cards & Gifts offers international shipping to the following countries:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Yeti Cards & Gifts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Before issuing a full refund for a lost package a case will be opened with The Royal Mail to confirm your order has been lost. Please note this process can take time. The Royal Mail will not open a case and investigate lost packages until 26 working days have passed from the 'Expected Delivery Date'. I require confirmation from The Royal Mail that an item has been lost before issuing a full refund. By placing an order you are agreeing with these terms.
Germany Packaging Laws -Verpack

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from Yeti Cards & Gifts.
