Refund policy

Each product within the Yeti Cards & Gifts range is proudly designed and printed in the UK. The utmost care is taken into sourcing materials & designing products that last. I pride myself in the attention to detail that’s not only given to each design but carried right through to the dispatch of every order.

Returns

I want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase from Yeti Cards & Gifts, however, if you're not happy, I offer a no hassle return service. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Yeti Cards & Gifts offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Remember, the product is your responsibility until I receive it back, so wrap it securely and be sure to get a proof of postage.

Please note that, although I will process your refund straight away, it may take a few days until the funds appear back in your account.

Who pays for return postage?

Yeti Cards & Gifts pays for the return postage if the item was damaged, faulty, or doesn't match the listing description.

The buyer (you) pays for return postage if you are returning the item because you changed your mind or the item is no longer needed. I do not offer a refund, without a return, (where buyer pays for the return postage) if an item arrives late. All shipping times are only estimates and sometimes, especially during the holidays, shipping times are often longer than usual. Please bear this in mind if you are purchasing the item as a gift.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and Commissions. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, Yeti Cards & Gifts cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the fund.
