UK SHIPPING

All orders placed after 21st of December will be processed from the 4th of January, I will aim to get all orders out within 48 hours.

Shipping typically takes between 2-4 working days for UK orders, however, this is only an estimate and shipping times can be a lot longer during the holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. There are two shipping services offered; ‘Standard’ which is typically sent Royal Mail Second Class or ‘First Class’  

 

What to do if you think your order has been lost in the post:

Sometimes the post is a little slower than expected, especially around the holidays, however most parcels turn up within 2 weeks. If, after receiving your shipping confirmation email, you haven’t received your order within 14 working days please contact me with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yeti Cards & Gifts offers international shipping to the following countries:

-United States 

-Canada

-Australia

-New Zealand

-Japan

Shipping typically takes between 7-10 working days for international orders, however, this is only an estimate and shipping times can be a lot longer during the holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Yeti Cards & Gifts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

 

What to do if you think your order has been lost in the post:

 

Sometimes the post is a little slower than expected, especially around the holidays, however most parcels turn up within a few weeks. If, after receiving your shipping confirmation email, you haven’t received your order within 26 working days please contact me with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

Before issuing a full refund for a lost package a case will be opened with The Royal Mail to confirm your order has been lost. Please note this process can take time. The Royal Mail will not open a case and investigate lost packages until 26 working days have passed from the 'Expected Delivery Date'. I require confirmation from The Royal Mail that an item has been lost before issuing a full refund.

 

 

Tracking - International Orders (outside of the UK):

In order to get a tracking number ‘Tracked’ shipping needs to be purchased when checking out. If 'Standard' shipping is selected your order will be sent using a standard service, this service does not provide a tracking number. The good news is that the postage for your order will have been purchased online, This issues a number the ‘Royal Mail’ can access to see if an item has been delivered etc. on the rare occasion it goes missing. This is the number provided by Etsy underbracing information. If you did not pay for a tracked service you cannot access the tracking information.

 

If you paid for ‘Tracked’ shipping your tracking number can be found with your order details. This link should be ‘clickable’. If you are unable to click the link directly you can visit: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and enter your tracking number manually.

 

 

Returns

 

I want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase from Yeti Cards & Gifts, however, if you're not happy, I offer a no hassle return service. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Yeti Cards & Gifts offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Remember, the product is your responsibility until I receive it back, so wrap it securely and be sure to get a proof of postage.

Please note that, although I will process your refund straight away, it may take a few days until the funds appear back in your account.

Who pays for return postage?

Yeti Cards & Gifts pays for the return postage if the item was damaged, faulty, or doesn't match the listing description.

The buyer (you) pays for return postage if you are returning the item because you changed your mind or the item is no longer needed. I do not offer a refund, without a return, (where buyer pays for the return postage) if an item arrives late. All shipping times are only estimates and sometimes, especially during the holidays, shipping times are often longer than usual. Please bear this in mind if you are purchasing the item as a gift.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned: Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and Commissions. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the fund.
